I buy this cat scratcher on a regular basis, as all my cats love them. They use them as beds as well as cat scratchers. My Zoe in particular gets ecstatic when I pull a new one out of the box and assemble it. Right now, I have four lined up in my living room. Sort of a lounge area for the cats. And they are great to put at the end of the sofa if you are afraid your cats may want to scratch the fabric. This removes that temptation. I usually replace them about every 5 months, as they do shed a bit.

With several good scratching poles and 'approved for scratching' old furniture. After 50 years living with cats and this is a winner. It is a great size for my 'big' cat and solid without being heavy. It took only a few minutes to screw the unit together. One light weight screwdriver is all you need and all the screw holes were actually in the right place for connecting. And OH, my cat is a big fan too!

We weren't sure if one of the cats would use it or like it. She loves it. Our male cat loves it too. The only drawback is that they use it a lot and that means lots of little pieces of cardboard everywhere. The vacuum sucks the debris right up! It was a great purchase.

My kitty loves her scratcher. I wish it was a few inches taller. She can stretch up a little more and she is a smaller cat. Overall really great. I'll definitely buy another one when this one wears out.

My cat loves this scratcher. It's the second one I've gotten her since the other one wore out. It's easy to assemble but for some reason I can never get it put together so the ball stays in the groove.

My cat started trying to claw this right out of the box! It works great. The only thing is that there is thick trim on the floor on the walls of my house so the tape strips will not tape to the wall. I just used double sided tape and taped the bottom of the scratching device to the tile flooring here. It works great otherwise.

This is my third one of this particular scratching apparatus for my two cats-They rip it to shreds they love it so much they lay on it. They seem to love the shape of it. I’ve turned it at different angles, and they still love it, and sometimes I put catnip on it and then they sleep on it.!!!It’s super easy to put together as well…It does leave kind of a mess so you have to vacuum/sweep often but it’s worth it. I’d rather have them scratching this than my furniture.!!!!

Update: I purchased the cardboard scratchers in September of 2023, and I still have them - my cats still love them. They mostly just lay on them with the occasional scratch sesh. At first I thought they were cheap build quality for a high price, but I’m really surprised how long they have lasted.
