Puma didn’t deliver my product, but proudly marked it as delivered. This isn’t a delivery service, it’s a magic show — now you see your money, now you don’t. Customer support is so silent it deserves a Nobel Prize for ghosting. If lying had a brand ambassador, Puma would be wearing its own shoes while running away from responsibility. I paid for footwear, but instead received: ❌ No product ❌ No explanation ❌ No accountability ✅ Lifetime trust issues This experience makes roadside sellers look like Amazon Prime. Never ordering Puma again unless I want to sponsor someone else’s wardrobe.

It looks good and nice but on one day i left it in sun and it got bend. After that nothing worked on it. If you are buying protect it from sun.
