I was happy to have just temperature and pH in a fish tank water measuring system, but this also adds salinity, specific gravity, TDS (total dissolved solids, ppm) and EC (electrical conductivity). This helps us track any changes in the tank, and if things start to go off the rails, we can use our chemical test kit to see what we need to fix.This was very easy to install, about 10 minutes and it’s working! It comes with baseline powders to establish a pH calibration at 3 points. I went straight-in with the unit, though: see first if it arrived with a good calibration, then think about recalibration. 7.36 is fine for our fish (photo 2), so we will watch for changes.

I just received item today. After all setup and the screen make me disappointed.But item already set up and can’t return.

East to install with good calibration when it came in. This is a great meter for keeping a constant eye on chemical parameters in any tank. It is very convenient as it provides real time monitoring of six parameters on one screen. The unit comes with powder for calibration checks that are recommended every six months and a power cable. I compared this with my test strips. And everything seems to be pretty accurate. It is easy to assemble and use. I have a small aquarium, maybe a 4 gallon. And this helps me keep my levels straight.

This tester provides great performance and accuracy to me. It is not the easiest to use though, but it is doable. It seems a bit pricey but it is a pretty good tool to have an works really well

It's great for raising fish and even keeping fish safe.. Makes everything so simple. Very easy to set up..
