The product: pretty sturdy, though the lids are a little flimsy. Still adequate for use. EXCEPT one lid which arrived broken. After corresponding with the vendor, they quickly sent a replacement. These are larger than you expect, and I am very pleased with the purchase.

I should have ordered smaller bins, but these 27 gallon ones are very sturdy - lid fits very tight, After much frustration I found an easy way to remove the lid: wedge the blade of a table knife between the lid and the bin on the shorter side. Lift up - it pops right off

Good bins but all my tops were broken. Am I don’t want to go thru the hassle of shipping back

One lid came cracked. They wanted me to return all four boxes of which I had already packed three of them. Less than ideal customer service. The locking mechanism is also only above the handles so the sides can pop up a bit if it’s filled to the brim.
