Disappointing purchase due to poor zipper design. Suitable only for small items.
The material of the bag seems fine, but the zipper's bad and poor design is a major letdown. I was expecting a bag that could easily fit my laptop and other essentials, but this one falls short. The stitching and overall build quality are decent, but the zipper issue is a deal-breaker for me.
