These rings are not only super cute, but they also help my daughter so much! She has anxiety and is an HFA Teenager. I had one of these and reordered four more different styles. These rings are awesome if you fidget with your fingers or thumb. When I'm at a family gathering and someone gets on my nerves this ring helps me keeping smile instead of frowning. I wear mine on my thumb. It has a great spin and it's very quiet. I've suffered from anxiety every since I went through cancer.
