Sturdy, does the job
I love this piece of equipment for my home gym. Does the job, leave your glutes burning!!! I like to use it with 25 lbs plate on each side! Really recommend it! Sturdy, very good material!

Did not work as planned
I used 60# dumbbells on each side of this and was unable to use it as intended. Very clumsy, I would not recommend this for anyone that may use a heavier weight.

Hard to get depth
It’s ok. The way the dumbbells hang on the sides, it’s hard to get enough depth because the dumbbells hit the floor. It’s nice to have around if you don’t have a barbell, but definitely doesn’t replace a barbell hip thrust.

Game Changer!
This is a great alternative when the gym is crowded and I don't want to wait for a bar and then do the whole set up with loading and unloading plates. I was a little skeptical but this thing holds 100 lb DBs with no problem at all. Much better than the other ones with velcro only. And the price was worth taking the chance on it.
