This product looks like a nail polish. My nails were once strong but now breakable. What product would cause nails to become naturally strong?

I bought this fine product because of the answer to this question (above) stating that it was a serum that is rubbed into the nail. IT IS NOT. This product is very much like a conventional clear coat nail polish. You paint it on, it smells real strong and then it dries in minutes. If you rub it in, you're going to have a sticky mess on your hands. Don't do that.

Is it like a clear polish?

Yes it is clear. Its practically like a base nail polish so you can put an actual color nail polish over. Just dont put it as a clear coat because itll just smear your color nail polish.

If i purchase the growth serum, does it actually work? will it make my nails grow? or is it just meant to strengthen?

Try to find one where you see it say “serum” on the bottle too. This one is more like nail polish and I was upset. The actual serum seems to work, I used it twice a day. This one might work but I couldn’t tell if it did, took too much effort for me since it dries like nail polish. You may consider finding a different product with a photo that says “serum” on the bottle because that one is more like a gooey gel that dries and disappears in 5 minutes.

Does it work on toenails too? I cut my toenails to short and am trying to grow them back.

I have used this product on and off for about 12 years- and I always end up going back to it because it actually works, the price is great. I tried several other brands 3X the cost that were not even close to the basic, always reliable, and always good Sally Hansen. Better than Londontown. which I returned, better than Nailtiques 11, etc.

Good but not great nail growth treatment

It's a good product but it doesn't make my nails as strong as I want them, they continue to break, although it dries quickly and you automatically feel more protection, it's not as I expected for the point price that it has.
