I was a bit dubious as to whether this would work. I've only washed my hair with it once but can feel a difference already. I usually have an itchy scalp the evening after washing it however it's now day 2 and my head has not itched at all. The shampoo also left my hair feeling so soft. Would definitely recommend.

Ironic that a shampoo for relieving itchy flaky scalp would make those thing ten times worse. It's very very drying, my hair was awful and my scalp so itchy and dry I threw the rest of the bottle away.

Initially this didn't seem to work and my scalp appeared to get worse. I was cursing it and wishing I hadn't stopped using the chemical based dandruff shampoo. I wanted to give it chance though and knew that persevering and giving it much longer would give it a fair test, plus it was expensive and I didn't just want to bin it. Sure enough after a couple of months (yes months!) it has started to pay off. It hasn't got rid of the dandruff completely but now it's down to a very small penny size patch, I don't have flakes or red patches anymore and my scalp is generally not itchy anymore either. I'm really pleased with it and I'll be buying more (sooner than expected as I've just gone and left it 230 miles away down in Cornwall after my holiday!). I've read the recent reviews today while coming to purchase and it seems some people have given up too quickly.

This shampoo is aimed for oily hair and it's sulphate and paraben free. I have tried macadamia oil rejuvenating shampoo and that sucks! (it weighed my hair down and made it a lot greasier faster bad for oily hair. I have also used head and shoulders classic but eventually A LOT of hair started falling out and irritating my scalp and I really wanted a change for the better and opted for this shampoo. First impressions: not a fan of the smell almost like hair dye it's probably just me/ a little goes a long way/ when I started to use it, it didn't "foam up" which I had suspected would happen and as I was rubbing the product it didn't... feel smooth? I can't explain it, it was just a different texture than any other shampoo that I've used before, so I thought oh no this isn't working and I just wasted £9.00! So like usual I conditioned using Essentials hair mask(yellow)and blow dyed it and my hair felt...... really nice? no more sexy and light yes that's strange, but my hair wasn't weighed down and felt really good. no dandruff, no greasy feeling just clean. the weather is getting a bit hotter now and I don't find my scalp getting oilier which is a bonus. Overall would I recommend it for oily hair YES! defiantly money well spent.

I love this shampoo, and the reason i've given it 4 stars even though it didn't help with my flaky scalp (caused by using "normal" shampoos full of chemicals) is because it's so gentle and leaves my hair feeling so soft. I found that Jason Dandruff shampoo actually managed to get rid of my flaky scalp, so now I just use this as my normal shampoo. Its also concentrated it also lasts ages!

I had a horribly itchy scalp. This shampoo has really stopped that. The only thing for me is that I do not have an oily scalp so the shampoo is a little drying.

Consistency and smell are really good, it really enhances the quality of your hair during the time.
