This is my go-to leather care product for repairing/restoring my high end designer handbag collection. If you have any bags with deeply dehydrated leather that is dull and cracking, don't hesitate to try this stuff, especially BEFORE attempting to clean your bag, so it doesn't crack further. While it won't restore your item to "showroom quality" new, it will definitely breathe new life into it allowing you to extend its lifecycle and enjoy/use it longer.

I got this to use on my new purses because the metal parts would squeak every time I moved the handles. Didn't leave any residue. Just used a tiny bit on the leather. Worked great. Smell anything funny and I didn't see anything shiny and it was very easy to use.

I thought it has a layer to cover the leather.

I was told that this would help restore the straps on my Louis Vuitton ... did the trick! It puts moisture back into the straps.

Great product. Be careful when buying the product. The standard size is 8 ounces. I have bought this product for years and have purchased on AMZN before. When I went to the 'purchase again' button it brought me to the 4 oz size with the same price as the 8 oz. I didn't notice the difference and paid $9.99 for a product that I will now purchase at WMT website for $8.49 for 8 oz. with free shipping. I over paid by more than double. AMZN is doing some bait and switch and I don't like it.

I used this product on several vintage leather bags that I had in storage and were suffering from dry out. A couple of the bags felt so dry, I thought the leather would start flaking and peeling. I applied this product exactly as advised and I have to tell you, it revived my bags--even the driest ones! They look better and feel completely moisturized. They are soft to-the-touch, flexible, and rejuvenated. I did not notice any darkening of the leather and there is no sticky or oily residue once treatment is complete. Just make sure you follow the directions or watch an instructional video on YouTube. This product is a leather saver!
