When I found it back in stock again, I bought 4 bottles! I am already starting to feel better. It may not work for everyone, as much of what I tried previously worked well for others. Works great for hot flashes and you can't beat the price

I am at the age that I need something like this. This supplement seems to help. I do not take the recommended dose. I figured I would start off with one and go from there. It is easy to take with no ill effects so far.

I tried several menopause & perimenopause supplements/ herbal supplements but none of them really gave me the relief I was looking for. In my case, I have pretty bad night sweats which lowered the quality of my sleep. But this product definitely made my night sweat less severe. I am planning to keep using this.

These pills were relatively easy to swallow and I like that the vegan capsules include natural, non-GMO ingredients. I really didn't like that the recommended dosage was three pills a day - that's just too much for me. I would prefer a smaller daily dose. The top benefits of the listed ingredients, like dong quai and chasteberry, are often anecdotal and I'm not certain that they've helped in the time that I've taken this supplement.

I had been taking this for months. Then it changed and omitted the vitamin portion. I didn't notice until months later cause I had no reason to check ingredients since I'd been taking for some months and there had been no notification of any updates or changes in the product. I have since found something that it has what I want and I will no longer purchase this because of that. If you're going to change your product you need to notify the customers to give them a heads up. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this company.
