Very good support tape
This brand was recommended by our sports therapist for the superior adhesion - and she was correct ! This is easy to cut to shape and it really stays in place till you need to peel it off. Hubby uses it for his dreadful knees - one needs replacing and the other suffered a twist injury: the tape provides the support needed to allow the front of the knee to heal while he carries on walking to keep his range of motion. Worth the money 100%

Worked fine
Got this as it was more suited for sensitive skin, which meant it comes off a bit easier and therefore isn’t as supportive long term. Had to change it every two days, but I was able to peel it off like a cross between a plaster and a wax strip. Better than a rash! Used it over my knee cap for a grinding injury due to continuing to run with a misalignment caused by tight muscles and a gluteal weakness.

Great stuff
I was first given rocktape to use by my OT, and purchased this online in a cute design. I still experience pain, its not a miracle tape, but it certainly reduces the potential for hyper extensions and reminds my body to keep it's position. I haven't tested it swimming yet, but it certainly survives for a few days with washing/showering if you pat it dry and are careful! Definitely recommend. There are plenty of tutorials on how to apply online, or if you have access to an OT or Physio, ask them! So glad they come in dofferent colours and patterns because biege is just... biege.

Taping...
OK... Tried this stuff on reccomendation, and is easy to use, looks brilliant (if you're an egotist like me!) and seems to do the job... ...well - mostly!!! Training for marathons has left me with well clapped out knees and patella pain after sessions; had it suggested to me that taping the knees for support in training can help so thought "what the heck!" - and gave it a try... The tape is very elastic, and quite sticky (at first) so can be strapped in in nmany ways and comes with a good little guide to dealing with various aches and pains; seems to help on shorter runs BUT here's the problem... Wouldn't stay attached to this ol'dog for more than a 10k session; by 20k it had lost all adhesion and needed to be stripped off - so know way to tell if it works on the long runs... I've seen runners with this on at the end of half marathons, so certainly sticks to some people; alas - not to a sweaty ol'dog like me...!!! Best I can say is it's "OK" - and if you can - try before you buy... BTW - brilliant service from the supplier tho' - cannot fault that one iota...!!!

As a college cross country athlete, I use this product for various reasons and I swear by it. It really helps where I need it and I don't have to go to my chiropractor as often as I used to. I use it for Sciatica, Tight Trapezius Muscles, and Shin Splints. Sciatica: Having sciatica is the worst pain/sensation I have ever experienced. My chiropractor showed me how to use RockTape to tape where my sciatic nerve pain starts and all the way down my leg. Without this, when my sciatic nerve pinches or gets irritated I would not be able to go out an run even a mile. My cross country practices are up to 10 miles and races are 6 Kilometers. After using RockTape, I'm running pain free after about a week. Without it, it usually takes me about a month to recover and be able to run again. Posture: I have insanely tight trapezius muscles which causes me to tense up so my posture is terrible. I'm also pretty tall for a female, 5'10", so I've always had pretty poor posture because I was always so much taller than my friends growing up. I apply it on my back/shoulders and it helps my posture tremendously. Shin Splints: I also get shin splints every time I get new running shoes and this helps by putting it on my shins. My chiropractor featured me on his facebook page. I can run pain free in less than a week after using RockTape. https://www.facebook.com/MilwaukeeMetroChiropractic/photos/a.428618490533070.100372.299353493459571/605599879501596/?type=1 Pros: + Long wear. The tape usually lasts over 5 days for me. + You can wear it in the shower. Being an athlete, I shower daily and it still sticks after 5+ days in a row. + It's supportive. Depending where you use it, it supports your muscles so they aren't being overused. Which decreases the pain. + It relives pain. The pain in my shoulders instantly decreases when I use it. + Spend less money on a chiropractor. I was seeing my chiropractor + Instructions on how to use it. Each box includes instructions for common uses. www.rocktape.com/videos has tons of videos on how to use the product where you need it. Cons: - Tape will start to come off on the ends if you sweat or take a shower within a couple hours of putting on the tape. I recommend putting on the tape at night before bed. I love this product and I would recommend it to anyone!!

El producto anunciado es engañoso, dice que son 32 mts, pero sólo enviaron un rollo de 5 mts. Por lo que pagué hubiera podido comprar 3 rollos en una tienda local.

The best sports tape out there. I have been a runner for 20+ years and have plenty of injuries to count. Need something that can hold it all together and this is it! Tape is very flexible and durable and when I mean durable, I mean it stays on no matter what!!! Plan on leaving this on for 3 to 4 days or longer. Survives sweat, water, regular wear and tear of working out. When I get ready to remove it, I use a little baby oil or even soap to remove the tape. Don't waste your time with anything else. I have tried other brands and they were not nearly as good as this. Keep it up and I will keep buying!!!

Cumpre exatamente com o esperado. Fácil de colocar e adere bem à pele e dura mais de um par de dias. Pelas reviews até pensei que iria sair com maior facilidade.
