Actually works pretty well, keeps my hernia in while I'm at work and is not too hard to take on and off when using the bathroom. I will say however that it really does ride up on you if it is not positiones correctly on your right or left butt cheek. It fits fine and it's pretty durable and the Velcro doesn't let go. Great for the price 👍

I have tried 3 different hernia belts and this one is by far the most comfortable. I have purchased this one 2 times already and its allowed me to be productive without any worries. I personally prefer to wear it under my briefs because it can tend to push your frank and beans off to the left side and cause chafing. Hope this review helps others with the same situation.

The crotch strap stretches out very quickly. Should be made sturdier

When I first got it it seemed really small so I would suggest going up a size. However that really was not my main issue because with the extra firmness it felt pretty good.However, my main issue is that less than 2 weeks after purchasing, the velcro that wraps around your waist started to shred the material where it no longer sticks.Also the strap that attaches behind your leg starts to twist up making that strap extremely uncomfortable.In addition, the pouch that comes with it is extremely huge. There is absolutely no reason why this support pad that goes into the pouch should be the size of a tennis ball. I had to cut that in half just to get comfort.Luckily I had 2 support pads from my previous belt that solved that issue.Anyway, now I’m at the point where I now have to purchase another belt under a different brand because this one stopped working within 2 weeks after purchase.

I kept hoping my inguinal hernia would just go away, but of course they don't. But this fairly comfortable device really helped me. I was wearing it 8+ hours a day and was able to still do heavy lifting chores (firewood hauling, busting us a concrete floor, etc.), and continue with all my same exercises at the gym as long as I was wearing this. Highly recommend this until you can get surgery to really fix the problem.

Although the package said it was a medium I believe the belt was a small because I only have a 32 inch waist and the belt is extremely tight even on its widest setting. I think they had the wrong belt in the medium package and they had a small belt in the medium package. It does not fit properly.
