Best supplement for PTSD and insomnia
This supplement has helped tremendously with an issue of PTSD for a family member who also has insomnia. The chinese skullcap has proven more effective than other types of skullcap, which we tried before. We also found it it is more effective than pure BAC powder. We are using this in combination with other remedies for the specific needs of our family member, which was put together by a Nutritionist.

No good
I have used this brand (Violet Herbs) of Chinese Skullcap for a few months and and was happy with the results. Since I normally used several pills I would open the capsules and dissolve the extract in a glass of water. However, when I purchased the last bottle and opened the capsule it contained a completely different substance in it. Instead of a light yellow powder, it was a dark brown one. This dark substance had a completly different taste to it and appeared to be some kind of spice. The picture shows supposedly the same product, one from an older bottle and another from the most recent one. Very disapointing.

It works!
My wife has essential tremors to the point that she can hardly feed herself. Skullcap reduces the effects so that she can put food in her mouth.

Pleased with the benefits of using this product.
From some research, I found that Chinese Skull Cap was recommended as a sleep aid and for its ability to lower blood sugar. I am pleased to say that, for me, it's delivered on both counts. I will definately be reordering this product in the future.
