Luckily the product wasn’t damaged and still worked properly, but it came without a shipping box or anything. The shipping stickers were just slapped on the box of the actual product with only bubble wrap around the neon sign, and I was lucky enough to have a driver deliver it fine where it didn’t break. And lucky enough to not have been damaged in transit.
