Can a tea bag fit into the base of the tulip

Yes, I accidentally busted one of my tea bags, so I stuck it in the tulip instead and it worked great :)

Is this 100% silicone or is it TPE?

If this is thecthing thatvkind of looked like a rubbery flower....I don't know exactly what it was made of, but I do know this... much of the tea leaves came out during the steep. I used it once snd threw it away.

Can it be used for bagged tea or is it only for lose tea?

It seems to be designed for loose tea but I don't see why you couldn't put a bag in it. I think most bags would fit. I would keep the bag intact as fine tea leaves may leak out of the holes in the base.
