Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.

I’ve had lower back and hip pain from side sleeping for years, and most knee pillows either slide out or don’t provide enough support. This Contour Legacy Cool one is different. The shape is thoughtful—it supports both the knee and thigh so my hips stay aligned without any twisting. I don’t wake up as stiff anymore, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how rested I feel. The cooling gel and ventilated foam actually work; it doesn’t get hot or sweaty like regular memory foam pillows do, even on warmer nights. It stays in place all night, no readjusting. The cover unzips and washes easily too. It’s not the cheapest option, but for the relief it gives, it’s been a good buy. I’d get it again if I needed a replacement. Solid product. 5 stars.

It's great! I have the plain contour knee pillow which really helps my sore knees, but it gets so hot in summer! The cool gelpillow really makes a huge positive difference. It was comfortable all night. I recommend it.

The cooling aspect is the standout feature for me. I tend to run hot at night, and this pillow has stayed noticeably cool, which has made sleeping much more comfortable. Even with the pillow cover on, it hasn’t trapped heat or made me feel warm. Before this, I used to stack smaller pillows or use a neck roll between my legs to keep my hips aligned. That setup was bulky and shifted a lot when I moved during the night. This pillow is much more practical. It fits the natural shape of my legs, stays in place, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. I am still adjusting to the smaller size. I think a slightly larger version could have been ideal, but I’m comfortable with it and getting used to the fit. The pillow cover is also worth mentioning. It’s well made, slipped on easily, and feels breathable. It doesn’t add any extra warmth, which I really appreciate. In terms of pain relief, I’ve noticed about a 5–10% improvement in my lower back pain so far. It’s still early, so I don’t want to over-credit the pillow yet, but I do feel some relief and better alignment, especially compared to my old setup. Overall, this has been a very practical and comfortable solution for side sleeping. If you’re someone who sleeps on their side and usually puts a pillow between your knees to keep your hips aligned, this is a great option. I’m optimistic that with continued use, the benefits will increase, and I would recommend it to other side sleepers looking for a less bulky, cooling, and supportive alternative.
