Legit review from a fly fishing enthusiast from Texas. I rarely spend the time but this thing deserves consideration. I used a Resmed Airsense 10 Cpap machine to manage apnea. I fly fish and have struggled finding effective off the grid solutions which have meant missing some great trips. I’ve used a car battery and converter ( hassle and heavy).This month we helicoptered into remote location making car battery solution even bigger hassle.I purchased this battery several months early, used it at home to test charge and assure at least 32 hrs of power. It performed great. Charged from minimal when delivered to full in 5.5 hrs.It powered CPAP 35+ hrs, charged multiple phones and another small power block and provided light for early morning departure. Still had 25% bar remaining when packed out.(Other reviews that criticize duration must have been running heated hose/humidifier which are power hogs.)INFO/HINTS:1) you must turnoff heater (tube and moisture). I use a Resmed 37303 Air10 side cover (Amazon) which automatically turns heat off but you can do so on control panel2) can’t fly it commercially so order it delivered to your planned destination or spend a few bucks shipping.3) it comes with wires to connect most leading brands of CPAP. Wires are well labeled with machine and voltage setting. With two USB-A and one USB-C ports, you can charge phones easily. It has 12v lighter port if you have a CPAP that uses that power connection.4) the padded case doesn’t have an effective storage pouch for recharger and connecting wires. No big deal, FYI.4) one end is ports the other an LED light with dim orange or bright white options.5) if you live in an area prone to power disruption, this battery will be very useful.

Works amazing for camping trips or anywhere you don’t have an outlet for your cpap! Not too bulky I used mine for 4 days on one charge, that’s with charging both me and my wife’s phones off of it! Battery life is great! The design has 2 very bright lights built into it! Great battery pack especially for the price!

Purchased a little over a year ago. Had great results for the half dozen times i used it with my cpap machine. I charge it after each nights use. Had trouble with it not fully charging, only 70something % , even after an overnight charge. Went to use it recently as I haven't used it since last winter, other then to top up a charge if it'd take it. went to use it for a nights cpap use and it quit completely in 20 minutes. When it worked,I was pleased, but not worth that much money for the minimal use. Have reached out to the seller, but NO response, even after over a month wait.*****UPDATEReached out in another attempt and had exchange of experience with seller. Concluded that the battery pack may have been one of those that just happens. They have sent me a brand new battery pack at No charge and even expedited it, given I was going to be out of town dry camping and needed the battery back up.Service and follow up was Exceptional.I will recommend this seller ANY time. 5 stars

Have not needed this yet, but tried it anyway. I bought this in case there was a power outage, so I am hoping that I will never have to need it but incase I do, I have it hooked up full time to my Airsense S11 and decided to see what would happen if I pulled the plug for the night and it worked without fail. Drained about 40% of my battery in the one night (with humidifier at 1) so i consider that a success. Power pass through on this keeps the battery charged all of the time and the necessary power to my CPAP. This battery was much larger (physically) than i had expected but since its too large for TSA approval, it has no impact to me. 4 stars because one of its features (wireless charging of my cell phone) I could not get to work (I am sure its user error) but it is not a feature i needed so i will only drop 1 start for that.

My husband and I went camping for a week and it was wonderful having this light weight battery to keep his c pap machine running through the night. It has options for recharging and last a long while. The light is handy also when power goes out. It weighs very little but don’t let that fool you it does its job well. A peaceful nights sleep is what you get with this machine. It fits nicely on the bedside table in our camper. Well worth the money!

After getting the Easylonger, I ran it through the paces to see how well it would meet my needs and it exceed my expectations. I used it to run my Airmini CPAP, charge my Apple watch and iPhone, and operate two O2Cool fans and got almost three full nights of sleep. The next test was to try out just the bare minimum and run my Airmini CPAP by itself. Surprisingly I got 6 full nights of sleep and still had one bar of charge. Since we don't camp more than 6 nights, I didn't see any point in trying to get that 7th night.Overall, the flexibility of the charging ports, the cycle time, and the value compared to other CPAP batteries, there's nothing comes close. I've tried multiple Freedom CPAP battery series and they don't compare to the EasyLonger. The ability to control the voltage output makes this flexible enough for it to work with any CPAP machine.The only issue I would say that's remotely negative is that when the Easylonger is outputting the voltage for the CPAP, there's no way to shut the display off and it doesn't automatically dim. I like to sleep in a completely dark room so while this is an inconvenience, it's easy to fix by simply putting something over the display. I wear glasses so I shielded the light with my small lens cloth. =)If you're shopping for a camping power supply and have difficulty with access to power to recharge your power source, I highly recommend the Easylonger.
