Great product value for money

My vax filter was way over due, with the arrival of our new baby I thought now would be the time to replace.I have the grumble many others have as when vax released the Air 300 purifier these filters were £25 each. They quickly rose to £50 each which makes the purchase a little bit more harder to justify.After noticing the old filter starting to smell, I thought now we must change it (as long as should). I could not believe the difference in colour from the old one to the new one.They’re worth changing, I just wish they weren’t so expensive otherwise I’d change it every 6 months.The filter above was from a pet free and smoke free household.

Filters for our two Vax 300 Air Purifiers £49.99 each post free ( last up to 4 months) You only have to look at the filters after change filter warning light illuminates. Put bluntly where would YOU Prefer All the used filter contents where it is ? .or your lungs,what more can I say ?.

These filters are pricey, however it does the job. The filter usually needs replacing after 12 months or so. I've noticed that the suction power of the vacuum is noticeably stronger after replacement as if it was brand new. So whenever you think the suction power is going weak, don't go thinking that the vacuum cleaner itself needs replacing, but it's the filter that has become blocked up with dust and is what needs replacing!

These filters I’m sure are genuine vax filters. HOWEVER.... my air purifier has been making a lot of noise recently (sounds like motor bearings have gone) and I called up Vax to organise a warranty repair. Because they had no record on their system of me buying the filter direct from them (I did tell them I bought it from them on amazon) they wouldn’t honour a repair unless I bought another filter from them either on the phone or through their website and tried that first. You won’t be allowed to callout your machine under warranty with one of these filters in it. Stupid I know but I’m down £50 because of it!! Apart from the service issue you may encounter these filters are exactly the same as ones they dispatch to you direct.

My vacuum works like new after using this filter. I have bought others in the past but this is the best one, my vacuum is no longer over heating and my carpets an rugs haven't been so clean since my vacuum was new!
