I have read the series of Darren Shan numerous times and it never seems to bores me I read them when I was in high school and am still reading them now at the age of nineteen and they still have the same effect on me people who are looking for a good read and like bloody horrors perfect read

Whilst this is not an example of fine literature, it targets its intended audience very skilfully by 1) using a young, 'everyday' language that moves the reader forward swiftly with constant expectation and growing excitement and, 2) ending most chapters on a 'knife's edge'. I am using these books with young teenage boys who would not normally choose to pick up a book - and they are delighted with the story and want only to keep on reading. (We recently finished book 1 in this series and I was nagged/begged to get book 2). Well done to the writer! He is succeeding where many others fail, and I am enjoying the privilege of sharing with my students the adventure he has provided.

I absolutely love this book series it has amazing endings to each one that makes you want to read the next one and it is absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to anyone that likes books about vampires, and different type of creatures. I just brought the next book in the series and it is create so far. But the Vampires Assistant is the best one so far!

Good story, easy to read.

This book is a great read. I bought this for my daughter and she didnt put it down until she was finished it. Darren Shan is a great author for any young teenager. Good product, great quality. I would recommend it. Shipping in the time as stated. 100% recommended.

Bought all the Darren Shan books for my son when he was a teenager to encourage him to read. He read every one and couldn't wait to get onto the next. I'm now hooked! ! Read these books many times. .. a good read.

nostalgic

This is the only book in life I like...it fills me with excitement

I was really looking forward to this book and I was not disappointed. I have been a fan of Darren Shan for many years now. I have read several of his books and quite a few comic book adaptations of some of them. I have enjoyed every single one of them and I’m always happy to get a new one to read. If you enjoy the McCabe, then you should really try his work out. The Cirque Du Freak what’s my first introduction to his universe, but it was in a comic book. I have saw many of them out through the years and then the ones that have tied into it as well. There is always something new between the comic books, trading paperbacks and actual books. There is something for everyone.

Darren Shan fällt es schwer sich mit seinem neuen Leben als Halbvampir anzufreunden. Da beschließt Mr Crepsley zum Cirque du Freak zurück zu kehren. Dort kann Darren endlich wieder Freundschaften schließen. Ich liebe dieses Buch genauso wie alle anderen Bücher der Reihe. Neben Darren ist Evra einer der Hauptcharaktere des Buches. Der Leser begleitet beide bei ihren täglichen Arbeiten im Zirkus und sieht wie ihre Freundschaft wächst. Außerdem erfährt der Leser mehr über andere Charaktere des Zirkusses.
