OEM fitment
I ordered these based on a post from the FJ Cruiser forum. I’m glad I did. They gives the FJ a modern look. There are critics of how it makes the FJ look, but I like the more modern approach. The stock headlights on the FJ are dim therefore LED/HID/Halogen bulb updates are an option, but I wanted the stock marker lights gone too. There are much more expensive variants of LEDs available on Amazon and elsewhere, but whether they hold up better remains to be seen.Quality: The housings are stamped Dynamik so I think multiple vendors use that generic housing. I was impressed with the quality of construction. A few rating comments dinged these due to failed halogen bulbs so I didn’t take any chances and installed LED bulbs when I installed the new housings.Fit: Fitment was OEM. There are videos online for how to remove the grill, lower trim pieces and headlight assemblies. The videos came in handy. Fit-wise the assemblies were great. The only thing you need from the stock assemblies are the three nuts that secure the turn signal/marker lights to the headlight buckets. There is also a plastic clip at the top of the OEM housings that I swapped over because the ones on the aftermarket buckets are crap. The fitment to the FJ’s wiring harness was plug-and-play. There is a module for the LEDs that needs to attached next to the headlight plug inside the hood. They include double-sided tape already mounted to the module. I chose instead to zip tie them to a nearby wire in case I have to pull the headlights in the future. There will be dielectric grease all around the headlight plug. Mine was blackened and dirty due to the age of the vehicle, so I cleaned it all off and reapplied dielectric grease prior to attaching the harness to the new housings. Before installing the driver’s side housing, disconnect the DRL connection so that the LED halos aren’t on all the time. There are videos online to show you that too. Once the DRL switch is disconnected, your stalk switch will turn the halos on in the market light position and then headlights on with the headlight position.Park near a wall or garage door and mark where the OEM headlights hit prior to removing the stock housings. I used 2 strips of duct tape. That will provide a reference point to aim the new headlights. I had to adjust mine up quite a bit. Test the headlight pattern on your street prior to driving them in traffic so that you know the lights aren’t blinding other drivers.Time Commitment: It took me 2 hours from start to finish and I took my time. I also cleaned behind the grill and inside the engine compartment around the headlight ports.Lighting: Lighting-wise it’s a definite improvement. On a stock FJ I sometimes wondered if my headlights were even on. That isn’t an issue now.Time will tell if the halos and other LEDs hold up. I’d like to say I’ll do a follow-up to this, but I’ll probably forget.Update - Six months later they still function like new. So glad I purchased them.

Nice!! 2014 Fj Cruiser Plug-n-Play
The media could not be loaded. So far so good! Easy installation with plug and play. Needed to change out another pair that quit on me from a different company. These look better!!

A must have for FJ upgrades to OEM.
The media could not be loaded. Very well made product. Just installed yesterday. Very pleased thus far. Completely plug and play. I would suggest upgrading headlight bulbs. If using after market headlight upgrade, check for polarity if lights do not work. Great look even when off. Love the blacked out lenses.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
Bought these lights for my wife's FJ Cruiser and they arrived before Christmas thankfully. Installation was pretty straight forward, however, the H7 bulbs they include are incredibly dim, and there was no high beam functionality whatsoever, making these lights downright dangerous for night time driving. So I decided to return them. I packed them back up exactly as I received them and they were in perfect condition when I shipped them back.It took well over a week for them to arrive back to the seller, and imagine my shock when they only refunded $181.43 of the $289.46 that I paid for the lights!! I immediately contacted them asking wehy I wasn't fully refunded and this was their response:"Thank you for reaching out to us.Unfortunately, a full refund could not be processed as the item returned was not in good condition. In alignment with Amazon's return policy, It will no longer be possible for us to refurbish and resell the item, and as such a 50% restocking fee was charged."This is a total lie. The lights were in perfect condition when I sent them back. I sent back a defective, substandard item in perfect condition in their original packaging and they ripped me off. Shame on this seller. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Product could have received 5 stars, but Co paired it with a faulty product and CSR is subpar.
Here is an honest review.I have installed the product for over 90 days now and it is now out of warranty. The lighting itself is very nice and fairly easy to install, however the bulb they paired with the product appear to be sub-par. Both have burned out, which makes it a very short lifespan since the FJ has only been driven less than 500 miles since install. I do not know if the bulb is faulty, or the electronic components caused the bulbs to burn out prematurely. I have installed a new set of bulbs now and will update this review. I am hoping it is just crappy bulb, I really like the headlights. In regard to the sub-par Customer Service; They responded fairly quickly and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping even it being out of warranty. They wanted a photo of problem and QC code on the back of the lights so they can forward it to the manufacturer. As anyone with a full front bumper modification knows, it is not an easy task to remove the lights to get obtain a photo of the back of these lights. I would have to drop the bumper to get the lights out, since it is blocked with light guard rails.I sent a photo of the problem but told them I can meet their request of QC code. I explained to them, I have diagnosed the problem as being the bulbs. I have checked all the fuses and relays, and the harness is getting sufficient current. I requested for replacement bulbs to be forwarded and their response was to cut and paste their previous message. Appears to be hiding behind a loophole. I don't give a crap anymore and just went ahead and ordered a set of bulbs. I think it was an inexpensive resolution and my request was reasonable. I just reduced my rating to 3 stars and go ahead with my day. Like I said, it was inexpensive. In a nutshell product is nice but be prepared to buy new set of bulbs fairly quickly. Hopefully this helps anyone else making a decision.

easy to install
It does exactly what it says. It's just an H7 bulb in there, might want to get something a bit more if you're off road. But for street use, its plenty.
