Perfect stretcher for me. No more therapy visits. Just do it at home! Adjusts to different heights. Seems heavy duty, not at all cheap built.

This was recommended by a friend - and its worked for both of us! Doesn't take up alot of space and you just need to stand on it for a few minutes a day to stretch your achilles - prance up and down and it gives you a light stretch and also helps your calves and feet. Very well made and sturdy.

The slant board has really helped. During physical therapy, I used one. Bought this to have at home. Solid product. Great to have after a workout.
