Sturdy, well-made, and no flat tires to replace!!!
This yard cart is very sturdy. The wheels seem durable, and this cart was chosen because of the flat-free properties. They should not need to be re-inflated as past carts, or replaced. The assembly instructions were very good, and all the pieces are very well constructed - no flimsy parts. It is great in the yard for cleaning up debris and hauling grandchildren. It rolls smoothly on uneven surfaces, and holds a lot of stuff (max 2 grandchildren). I recommend this cart.

Excellent cart
Excellent little cart! The wheels feel almost like rubber, but they are a hardened plastic, so they never go flat. I loaded this card up with literal brick loads, and it took it like a champ. No doubt I would need a chiropractor if I didn't have this wonderful little cart. I recommend this to anybody who does substantial garden work, or larger scale projects. You won't regret it. Although I would say, it's a little clunky to fold down, and when the sides go down, it's mobility is decreased. It is still usable with the sides down. If you leave it outside, it will rust. Learned that the hard way. A little rust oleum spray paint took care of it though.

Assembly issue
If you purchase this wagon, be sure to check that the L-shaped latches that secure the sides fit into the appropriate slots BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE. UPDATE: This is a HIGH QUALITY wagon and performs as stated in the description. The manufacturer was very responsive and handled the issue with the part quickly and satisfactorily. I am confident the manufacturer tightened its Quality Assurance protocols to ensure the problem does not recur.

Sturdy, But incomplete assembly instructions. Awesome customer service!
Pros: Right size for my needs, sturdy, no flat tires. Versatility for several different uses. Not a bad price for what I priced elsewhere. All the parts were shrink wrapped in a pouch with labels. You Tube video is helpful, but it doesn't tell you the part numbers of the nuts and bolts, just an overview of the install. Cons: Reason for 4 stars not 5. Incomplete assembly instructions, one whole step was omitted for the rear axle assembly, but it was easy to figure out. Front assembly wheel axles were installed backwards, had to take them off and switch them. Wasn't hard to do, but an unnecessary step. Instructions for some parts were not descriptive enough as to orientation of direction of install and the diagram was lacking in detail for those parts. Just added time to my install to figure out how those parts went on. Misspelled word in instructions, step 4 is spelled Installd instead of Install. Company name is Bilthard USA, but the box says made in China. If your product is made in China, you name should not indicate USA or at least put that in the description. Not unusual these days, but that is not mentioned in the description. Not a biggie, I would have bought it anyway. They need to correct the assembly instructions to add the rear axle assembly, correct orientation of parts and correct the misspelled word. Overall, I am pleased with the cart. Update 12/5/2023: I had an issue with the tread falling off one of the tires after just a few months. I contacted Bilthard and even though it was out of warranty they said they would send me a new tire. I got the package yesterday and they sent a whole new cart! I contacted them to see if this was an error and CS service told me they didn't have just a wheel to send so they decided to give me a whole new cart. Their page says they stand by their products 100% and they do, now that's customer service!

Sturdy and effective. Easy to stow and maneuver
Sturdy and effective. I appreciate the solid wheels as it is one less thing to worry about. The sides are easy-on/easy-off and the steering has a good turning radius.

Lots of small Bead Blast!!
It's a good cart, sturdy enough, but I will know more in the spring. When unpacking and assembling it you must either be outside or have a plastic tarp underneath! There are tons of real small and tiny bead blast that will fall everywhere! Also, while it's not super important, the welding is pretty shoddy as well, as far as looks. Not bad, not great, it will do.
