I found that when I took the supplement as directed, I noticed a a strong difference in my workouts and in my overall weight loss. But you have to be consistent with it. It takes several days of consistency to begin to notice. I took this for around 2 month consistently, along with my normal creatine and protein goals. All combined I noticed my improvements sped up. Product worked great found myself being able to go longer without muscle fatigue. Also the recovery time is great and muscle fullness and tightness is also great. When it comes to growth it all depends on the person but I felt I was growing at a stead rate. All around good product would recommend.
