Really happy with this chair. It feels solid, looks good, and was simple to put together. Everything works the way it should. The lumbar pillow was included, but it didn’t have the strap the instructions showed for adjusting it up and down. The headrest pillow and strap were and included and work perfectly. It rolls around easily, the height adjustment works fine, and the recline is smooth. The footrest turned out better than I expected—nice and sturdy, and it doesn’t make the chair tip over as I was thinking it might. The size is just right for adults. I wanted a big-and-tall chair, and this one fits perfectly—roomy, supportive, and comfortable. On top of that, the price was affordable, and the quality is excellent, which makes it feel like a great value.

Ive always heard how expensive and uncomfortable gaming chairs were so I always veered away but boy oh boy! I love this chair, its comfortable and well built. The price is right, the leather on it feels like a good thickness and wont tear easily, the reclining feature is slick and honestly amazing. The instructions were also super clear and easy to follow. Well designed chair, id buy a second one just for my wife and her office!

This is my third gaming chair in the past few years and is my favorite of the three. It looks fantastic and sleek in my office space. I was drawn to the creme color and couldn't be happier with it in person. In fact, it matches even better than I anticipated. I have a smokey grey desk and shelf system which it fits well with and also looks good with my hard wood floor. Before I jump to more pros, I will point out the cons first that caused me to knock a star off of my review. The condition was not perfect. The flange was cracked as you can see from the picture and on one side of the seat there was a little dimple and the other side kind of wrinkled, but very minimal and not a deal breaker. The cracked flange is not a big deal because they usually end up cracking anyways and it doesn't have any effect on the mechanics of the chair. Now onto some more pros. *Comfortable! It is a good size, big enough for a big 245ln 6'0" guy like myself but somehow manages to stay slim in your space as well. *High Quality material - even when I was putting it together it was evident that every piece was solid and good quality. This contributes to the comfortability of the chair. *Easy to set up - if you have put any chair together in the past it does nothing unique to complicate it, but I found the tools to be well built and organized. *Footrest - much better than the last chair that I bought. The last one tended to swivel to the left when I tried to kick my feet up. This one feels much more stable so far. *Speaker system - I saved the best for last. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the blue tooth speakers. It wasn't difficult to set up, but you do have to download the app to initiate it. I like to listen to YouTube or podcasts while I am playing certain games, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator or City Skylines. I love how I have the sound of the game in front of me, while having the sound of my videos behind me. It balances the sound between the two sources very well so that they do not conflict with each other too much. I would usually have to turn my game down in order to hear my podcasts. I haven't figured out if I can pair with my PC though. I don't think that I can. I have only had it for a couple of days, so longevity is still a question. But it was well packaged with clear instructions and the packet is actually quite sleek.

Been using it for almost 2 years and still works great it's very comfortable still to this day it still reclines and the wheels still roll very smooth im about 260 lbs and it doesn't have a problem holding me up lol

This chair is beautifully made! I got it because I work from home and I needed a comfortable chair to sit in for 8+ hours. This chair definitely delivers in the comfort area! It wasn’t super difficult to put together. The most difficult part for me was attaching the seat to the connector. Also I did have a hard time putting one of the arm rests together. But nothing a little elbow grease couldn’t take care of. Other than that, set up was easy. The chair is super comfortable! The one drawback for me is the foot rest. It’s hard to pull out and even harder to put back in. There is no release mechanism so you do have to use some strength to take it out and put it away. I’m assuming it’s just cus it’s new though, so may get better with time. Also I wish that I had the option to lift and lower the foot rest at different angles because sometimes I don’t want my legs stretched out. Also the material needs to be wiped down frequently. It gets dirty quickly. Aside from those gripes, the lumbar support is great. My back no longer hurts me. The chair moves very easily. A little to easily. I had to put a rug underneath it but that’s because I have wooden floors. I have yet to test out the speakers but I’ll get to it one day. For now, the chair is amazing and is serving its purpose wonderfully.

Hello. I was so excited to buy this chair. I did a lot of research and chose this one for the Wright capacity, styling, and speaker system in the headrest that will allow me to connect to my computer. However, the seat has a large gap on the left side that I was told is normal because they are hand sewn. And the speakers will only connect to my phone but not my computer. First, I was told that I had tonsend videos of pictures of the connect issue, which I did. Then someone called me weeks later saying I needed an audio cable and that they were mailing it to me and offered a $10 credit for the seat gap. Then they said I had to purchase a transmitter and they pro idea me this link and then increased the offer to a $15 credit. Nowhere did it say in the description that I wouldn't be able to connect the speakers to my computer. That's the whole point of having speakers in my computer desk chair. Secondly, I shouldn't have to pay for something for the chair to work as it claimed. Thirdly, the link they sent me takes me to a page for a GTC dongle which is out of stock. This chair is sturdy and nice! The instructions were easy to follow and it came with everything you need to assemble the chair. I spent an hour and 20 minutes putting it together, but I took my time. The only thing I will say is, the manual states to connect to “GT Player” when connecting the speakers via Bluetooth but the name was actually (ACE PRO) which I found was the model name on the front of the manual. Shipping on this item came 4 days early than what was suggested, so a win in my book.
