I have used my massage mat now several times and LOVE it. It had truly helped me feel better both in my body and mind. The mechanisms flow effortlessly, and are not overpowering. Had this massage matt 6 days now ,and to be honest I was not expecting it to be this good . it also was great value and well made . as for a massager it really works great and certainly relaxes you ,also plenty of settings and with heat if you choose . I feel I definitely made the right choice in choosing this massage matt .
