This Neti pot with included saline packets has really helped me and is effective. Be sure to use filtered water or boiled tap water to kill any amoebas.

The reason for four stars and not five is that the sticker/temperature gauge worked once. Its not rocket science to figure out how hot is too hot but it would be nice to have a working indicator. Besides that, it's a decent product. You get plenty of the little salt packets as well as two different nasal nozzles.

I decided to try this neti pot before investing $100+ in Navage, and it works perfectly for nasal irrigation. Pros: 1. The button at the bottom provides a controlled and effective water flow. 2. Comes with 60 salt sachets for convenience. 3. Upside-down ergonomic design makes it practical and easy to use. 4. Easy to clean. 5. Includes a temperature indicator sticker. 6. Comes with two nozzle attachments. Cons: 1. The bottle size might feel small for some users, requiring refills to clear both nostrils. Tips for Use: 1. Always use salted water for irrigation. Plain tap water may cause discomfort as it can travel to the head instead of clearing the nostrils. 2. If you’re new to nasal irrigation, breathe through your mouth before starting, tilt your head sideways at a 45 deg angle, and slightly forward. 3. After use, forcefully exhale through your nose a few times to expel remaining water. 4. Occasionally, you may moisturize your nasal passages with ghee, sesame oil, coconut oil, or other oils like anu taila or nasya oil to prevent dryness, though this isn’t needed daily. This can also help with sinus or allergy relief. Overall, this neti pot is an excellent choice for effective nasal cleaning!

this thing changed my life. always got gnarly sinus infections especially since my deviated septum. this just cleans it all out without pain or feeling off. just warm distilled water 45 seconds mix the salt and hop in the tub. put one nostril on and breathe and voila. it’s incredible

Mein 6 jähriger Enkel hat eine. Ich hatte erst Bedenken. Die Vorstellung ein Nasenloch rein, das andere raus... war für mich etwas gruselig. Ist aber nicht schlimm. Nase und Nebenhöhle? ist frei. Besser als Nasenspray. Anwendung ist einfach. Ergebnis super.

ch benutze die Nasendusche jetzt seit einigen Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. Die 260 ml Größe ist genau richtig, um die Nase gründlich zu spülen, ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Die beiliegenden 60 Salzpakete sind praktisch abgemessen und lösen sich schnell auf. Das Set ist leicht zu reinigen und wirkt robust. Besonders in der Allergiezeit oder bei Erkältungen merkt man sofort, wie gut die Nase durchgespült wird.
