Love this infrared temperature sensor. Priced right. Useful for checking temperature of items without getting up close. Great functionality. Easy to use just squeeze the trigger. Auto shutoff. Small size. Lights up during use for easy view of temperature. Recommend this product!

This was the winner in Project Farms laser temperature guns on Youtube. It was the only affordable one that kept accurate the most and it was the one he recommended at the end of the video, so that's why I bought it. Overall, it's working great. It has a really nice feature where you press a button to turn it on and instantly activate the laser to read temps, and then in 10 seconds without any key presses, it just turns off automatically. Very cool. Accuracy wise, like I said, it placed extremely high in Project Farms competition and he even reviewed $200+ temperature guns. This little guy kept up with them! Very easy to use, right out of the box. Just put a couple batteries in, press and hold 1 button and you're reading temperature. No set up required, no calibrations - just point and click!

Inexpensive, accurate, easy to use, reliable. A very good buy.

It works as described. Nothing fancy. Seems pretty accurate. The latch that holds the battery cover could be better engineered, and overall, they could have made the unit a little less dinky feeling. We'll see. Gave my 15 old one to my son to test EV charger breaker and wire temps, so I 'll let you know in a decade or 2 how long this unit lasts.

Great IR Thermometer. I have paid 3 times as much for a unit that was twice this units size and it was not as good as this one. Measurements are within range and as expected.

With so many things needed to be within specific temprature ranges, this is a must have for troubleshooting and general maintenance.

I was skeptical has an HVAC guy because I gave up on these years ago for their random inaccuracies. It's very important for HVAC that you're measuring temperatures precisely, and three other brands I've had in the past will give you but wildly different readings when pointing it at the same location and letting go and pulling the trigger several times. When I first got this I was a little skeptical because it's very small and lightweight and seems like a toy quality, however, once you fire it up and use it it seems to work really well. And a small lightweight size means it's good to pack with your tools, cuz you know how many different tools and instruments we need an HVAC and your bag can get overloaded and damn heavy really quick I still wouldn't use this one for precise measurements like measuring the temperature split in the house or at the unit itself, but for a quick General idea what's going on, I found this one to give the same reading pretty consistently.

Works great, the plastic casing could be a little more sturdy but it was expected for when I purchased it. For the low cost it is a very good thermometer.
