Arrived quickly. Hard to say whether it’s any better than the one I was using but it contains MSM which I was taking separately.

Too early to say if they help with the pain but hubby happy to give them a good go.

I found the combination of the components very effective. I could see improvements in a few days. It's easy to swallow. Good value for money. It's the second time I've bought this product.

What you need realise when you are taking this product is that you can't just use it for a month and expect results. This is for a gradual build-up an improvement and will take 2 to 4 months. The noticing of your improvements is so slight that sometimes you won't notice it until you stop taking it and your issues are back. But by 4 months You will feel so much better.

Have heard only good reports about these tablets so going to give them a try, not been taken long enough to give a true report but hoping they are as good as people say
