The Best Of Creedence Clearwater Revival

Bought this for my husband and he says its a great Album.

This cd is a great revival as the cd says. Brings back many memories of great songs. 24 tracks and not a single dud amongst them, one of the greats for me was Have you ever seen the rain. But all the songs are very good. Great addition to my collection. Great value.

A fantastic introduction to this great band and all the famous songs are here. I bought this to replace my old copy that, unfortunately, was well played and worn. Do I see a “Bad moon Rising?” Maybe I do…

Item arrived quickly and was what I was looking for.

bought this for 2 reasons. 1) Bonnie Tyler covers some CCR songs on Faster Than The Speed Of Light album, and I liked these 2) This album was played as the pre performance music at a West End show I attended recently, and again I enjoyed it. Yes there are weaker tracks, mainly cover versions where someone else has done a better version, but the majority of the original songs are excellent, and for someone who has only found then some 50 years after their release, this is a pleasant surprise. Enjoy, it's a budget cd, so what you got to loose?

The album is the best of CCR- with the legendary singer/ songwriter John Fogerty. It includes the tracks - Bad moon rising, Born on the bayou, Up around the bend, The midnight special, Proud Mary, Susi e Q, I put a spell on you, Run through the jungle, I heard it through the grapevine, and lots more.

The person to whom I gave this item told me that the group who produced the music are one of his favourite groups.

懐かしい曲ばかりで全体に凄く良い曲ばかりで特に好きなのがHAVE YOU EVER SEEN THERAINとWHO'LL STOP THE RAINを聴くと良過ぎて鳥肌がでます。他の曲も馴染みの曲が沢山入って満足です。CCR最高！！

Il cosiddetto "swamp rock" prediletto dal cantante/chitarrista solista John Fogerty è presente nelle atmosfere moody, dark e nelle roche sonorità della sua voce. Alcuni tra questi pezzi sono stati la colonna sonora di un'epoca tra la fine degli anni '60 e i primi '70 e hanno rappresentato un punto di riferimento per la controcultura del periodo, tra le utopie del '68 e la guerra in Vietnam. I CCR hanno goduto di una popolarità immensa e, direi, a giusta ragione, poichè coniugavano essenzialità musicale, testi diretti e significativi, e una starordinaria miscela di sonorità country, southern blues e rock. Per quanto riguarda l'incisione, mi sembra molto buona e priva di difetti. Musica ancora godibilissima che non può mancare tra i dischi di qualsiasi appassionato del classic rock.
