Powdered Milk: Collected Stories

This book is fantastic . The humor is subtle and the truths are real. This is not sugar coated parenting. It includes many "I never thought it would be like this" moments.. It is written in an authentic voice. Illustrations are hilarious. I love it for myself, but would also share it with new and seasoned parents, most especially couples that have experienced anxiety or times of rage or distorted perceptions after the birth of a child. You are no longer alone! Thank you for this book.

I can relate to the writer in so many ways - its such a joy to read comics like this that you actually feel akin to the content. You can tell this is earlier work compared to chlorine/rat time/sun bathing - i think it might be self published as there is nothing on the spine - its blank, I loved this book and would highly reccomend - buy the rest of her books too, they just get better and better. I have devoured all of her work during lockdown and am now at a loss of what to read!
