It is well made and sounds quite reasonable. Child and parents are very pleased with the instrament build quality and the case. Really good little package.

Bought this violin rather than pay the rental fee the school proposed, since it worked out much cheaper. It was just fine and a great starter violin for my son. The hard case is very useful to protect it when taken on the school bus.

This is the second Stentor violin my daughter has had. They are a good make for young violinist. The violin came suitably packaged and in good time.

The violin is defective. It has a bridge on a wrong place. The nut has holes in wrong position. Therefore, even if I put the bridge at right place, it automatically moves to the wrong place. Please check the item before you ship it. I will return it.
