This shelf stable milk is good to have in your pantry for everyday use and emergency purposes. It tastes great. Once opened it must be refrigerated. Keep this milk product rotated and it can be stored unrefrigerated for longer than a year, but it is best if used by the "Best Use Date" printed on the top of the carton. This product is more expensive that regular milk so Choose Regular Milk if: You utilize a lot of milk. Choose Shelf-Stable Milk if: You use milk infrequently.

Delivered quickly and without incident.. very tasty like milk should be. Shelf milk is a wonderful item to have when it’s difficult to purchase milk from the store. It remains fresh and available. It should be a staple in everyone’s pantry.

Especially great to have on hand during bad weather and closed roads. Must be refrigerated only AFTER opening. Great for when the power is out!

Great product for how I use it. Flavor is good too. I don't drink or use a lot of milk so I bought these because I was buying regular milk at the store. I would end up throwing away a lot of milk because it would go bad, then I would have to go buy more milk. I might pay a higher price for this milk but I have milk when I need it and I'm not throwing out milk and running to the store a lot. For me, that makes it worth it.

Price too high but milk taste good.

I don't understand why all milk isn't UltraPasteurized and Shelf-Stable. It is so convenient to be able to stock up on milk by the gallons and be confident that it will last unrefrigerated for weeks. It is no different than regular pasteurized milk only the pasteurization process is done at a much higher temperature to kill more bacteria. You can't get cow disease from UltraPasteurized milk. For those of use who hate shopping and want to go as infrequently as humanly possible, this product brilliant sweet. Only issue with THIS brand, seems like they are always out of stock. I've had it on subscription for over a year now and at least three times they couldn't ship. No matter, I love the stuff.

Really. It's milk. Drink it cold and I double dare you to argue. =)

Not a fan. It did not taste like "real" milk. The consistency felt different as well.
