Foustman's Salami Turkey San Francisco Style Artisanal

This turkey salami has been a great find for my son, who has alpha-gal syndrome. It’s not easy finding safe and tasty deli-style options, but this one delivers. The quality is excellent, and the flavor is fantastic—rich, savory, and satisfying. It is a bit pricey, but worth it for how much he enjoys it. It’s delicious cold, sliced up for snacks or sandwiches, and also great fried or air-fried for a crispy, protein-packed bite. We always keep some on hand!

Delicious! I don't eat pork but my chaceuteri board is now complete with turkey salami, turkey pepperoni, and beef summer sausage.

I was looking forward to trying this salami. I love beef and pork salami and had never tried turkey, so when I saw this on Amazon, I was excited to try it out. Nice packaging but as soon as I opened it, there was an immediate, funky smell. It's not moldy but it was soft and much more moist than any salami I'd ever eaten. I cut a small piece off the end and ate it. The funky smell translated into a very, funky and unpleasant taste. The texture was soft and very moist. There is a lingering aftertaste that I can't seem to get rid of. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I didn’t think this Salami had enough Flavor It’s pretty big, and pretty hard to cut Otherwise it’s pretty affordable I just think it could have a better taste.

I’ve had this product from a store and it was so so delicious!! Unfortunately the one I ordered on Amazon was not nearly as good. Hard, gamey flavor. Still kinda good but night and day to the one I got in store.

This SF bay company nailed this salami 100% . Tasted just like the traditional well known salami that is usually sold in major grocery stores . Really enjoyed this selection in a sandwich and as an entrée

I tasted this at a street fair and fell in love with it. Flavor is fantastic. Fat content is really low. No pork or beef which I'm trying to stay away from. No nitrates. I'm hooked. Will be buying lots of stocking stuffers.
