Quality Thread Tape
Works well on sealing nicked up pipe threads. I recently replaced an old leaky outdoor spigot where the spigot required a lot of force to remove due to damaged threads. I was able to repair and clean up the worst of it prior to applying the tape and spigot. Due to the thickness of the tape, only one wrap was sufficient to allow a smooth install and in preventing leaks despite there being some imconsistencies and material removal from the threads.

Great product, reasonably priced
This best thing about this tape is that it is easy to get off the spool and cut without it collapsing on itself. The thickness is just right, and it prevented leaks both for connecting hoses to hose bibs, and various attachments to the hoses themselves. Highly recommended!

Excellent all around connection tape. Much better than Teflon.
Strongly recommended by my handy man professional. Can be used on both water and propane connections. Quit screwing around with flimsy Teflon tape and try this stuff. This stuff actually works. It’s a little more expensive, but most of us don’t use that much.

Superior to the white plumbers tape…
Switching new hoses and tools to quick connect fittings… Consumer grade plumbers, tape is so delicate and thin, it is difficult to use. Saw this in a YouTube video and decided to try it even though it is a bit costly. If you factor in the thickness, ease of handling, smaller number of wraps required and quantity used… compared to the cheap grade, this is worth it. Would recommend.

Better
Better than the white Teflon tape. Does not fall apart as easy. Thicker, I think the material is denser. Good for other application's and sealing other things than household plumbing.

A better working tape.
This tape is better than the tapes I have been buying for years. Like other 1/2” tapes this is a heavier body tape and alot easier and faster to work with. I have ordered it twice though the price is more than other brands. I would reorder when I would need it again.
