On its release, it was extremely under-powered, and this tablet initially released in 2017. Since 2017 Windows has received several updates which caused the operating system to get larger and even more power hungry. The tablet struggled to do even the most simple of tasks and Windows consumed 80% of its almost non-existent drive (32GB total, but only 28GB was usable. After Windows updated and expanded only 4GB was usable). I added a MicroSD card which did help a lot, but it required some technical I.T. knowledge in order to maximize its use. The Windows Ink driver that this NuVision tablet came with was not supported by most applications, most applications couldn't detect the pressure sensitivity from my pen making it not very great to use for artistic applications. The tablet also started to get these strange power issues where it would just randomly turn off. It wasn't overheating, or low on battery, it would just turn off, which didn't make this tablet very reliable. So this tablet struggled in every way, it was horrendously slow and unreliable and crashed quite a lot. The last straw that broke the camel's back was just last night with this very tablet. I needed a computer with a touch display with a pen so that I could draw something on Blender. It wasn't anything complex either, just a simple symbol. I spent forever trying to install blender (because the tablet was so slow) and finally after an hour of trying to install it, I launch Blender and the tablet bluescreens because of a graphics driver issue. I have been trying to make this tablet useful for my art workflows for 3 years and in every single case and instance that I needed this tablet for, it failed miserably. I couldn't use it for anything decent and last night was the final straw. After that crash, I took that tablet and crushed it over my knee, the best thing I ever did with it; what a piece of worthless junk. Review: Excelent for drafting and cary around - This device is great and have a lot of potential .. the pen response is a bit slow to follow the tip but everything is captured soo the line are good. An art goive is needed since palm touch hapen when pen get to far from screen ( the pen detection start is only milimeter away from screen) I did the update to 1803 .. need 10 gb free .. had to uninstall everything on it ... but worked and is running smootly Good product for the price... nice size for a drawing pad to cary around! Add a sd card for space is nessessary Everything work on it .. Ps : microphone need a manual update on the intel hd graphic ...it is a huge update and it fix sound and microphone probleme

A good tablet for light use, especially considering the price
For what it cost, this thing is pretty amazing. It has good performance for the specs and I'd never have know Win 10 would run so well on 2GB of RAM. I've installed Steam and can stream games to it from anywhere in the house. It works very well as an art tablet, too, and the stylus is a really nice aluminum body with mouse buttons. I installed the Autodesk Sketchbook app and the quality of the strokes and lines is as good as anything I've ever seen. The battery is decent, lasting most of the day with use. It doesn't charge fast, though, taking 3 hours or more to charge back up from low battery. Of course, there are some negatives but the trade-off is pretty good. The on-screen keyboard sometimes takes a moment to appear and I'll sometimes hit the keyboard button before it loads, causing it to immediately close. I'll have to hit the keyboard button again to make it come back up. It's sadly not a Continuum device. I found that out the $50 way. If the tablet is working on something in the background, it can be terribly slow. If it's doing updates, just put it down. You're going to be frustrated. It actually took 2-3 days to get all of the Win 10 updates done after I received it but it worked much better after they finished. I just kept updating and checking it every couple of hours, forcing it to update again if needed. Finding cases was difficult but I found a sterile rubberized plastic case that's pretty cushiony. I had to re-install the Bluetooth device drivers to stabilize it's behavior. It would not find some things when trying to connect new devices, then randomly disconnect from connected devices. I went into device manager, uninstalled the driver, rebooted, and let it reinstall itself. It's been solid after that. All in all a great little tablet for the money (about a hunge at the time of this review). If you just need a little email/internet/Netflix/Hulu/art device that's not going to break the bank and gives a good return on your investment, this is the one.

*WARNING!!!* DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT IF YOU NEED A WORKING MICROPHONE!!!
*WARNING!!!* DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT IF YOU NEED A WORKING MICROPHONE!!! The seller has been great and is not to blame. Upon updating this unit to the latest Windows 10 release the internal microphone fails. The seller investigated and has confirmed the manufacturer has no fix for this issue. Unless you will never need the microphone there is no point purchasing this. I would wonder what the next Microsoft update will break on the unit too...

Great little tablet but I returned it be casue it ...
It does what it says it does. Great little tablet but I returned it be casue it didn't do the one thing I need it for....Zoom functions on evernote! Apparently its a function that only android versions of evernote have. Other than that, its a bit slow and wifi was kinda weak on it, but for the price its not bad. Great for drawing and basic stuff.
