Worth it!!
I own a lot of Ryobi tools and we got this for camping and it does an awesome job.. battery lasts about 4 hrs so it would be good to have a spare on charge to be able to sit by a campfire for a few more hours..

Excellent product
I have been using this item for a while. I love it. It has 3 regular light settings and the bug zapper light. There are 2 buttons on top for easy use. One for bug zapper and one for the regular light. The bug zapper will shut off automatically but the regular light will stay on. The regular light is not super bright even on its highest setting but it does help attract bugs. The bug zapper is very powerful and will kill large bugs. This light has a good build quality but I feel the blacklight and zapper are a bit fragile. I would not recommend dropping the unit.

Works well, but Ryobi won't provide Warranty
Works as advertised. However, you can't register this for a warranty with Ryobi because it's not an approved Ryobi seller (as was explained to me by Ryobi).

Works great when you remove cardboard
The only complaint I have is unpacking instructions. There is a small sticker at the base that gives pictures on how to remove the bulb cardboard protector. This was overlooked for a week till my wife pointed out there was no lights to attract bugs. Being a guy, who needs instructions. Once the protector was removed from bulb, it works great. Had to share my laugh for everyone to enjoy… lol

Disappointing
Bought this for ability to be mobile and battery powered bug zapper. Always would turn off / shut down after no more 5 minutes despite having 2,4,6 hour settings. Tried this with multiple units. Boo!

We use it everyday
This bug zapper he been amazing! I am a magnet for mosquitos but this has helped. The cleaning is also easy with the removable tray. The batteries last through the night. We always had one on the charger and one in the zapper. The light is also handy when are walking around outside. Using it inside is also very easy and can be set anywhere.

Portable 18 volt Ryobi Bug zapper and light!
If you don't love Ryobi 18 volt tools, Have you used them???? This bug zapper is just one more tool in the arsenal of 18 volt tools I currently own. This is larger than you'd think and works better than expected!! In other words ... PERFECT
