Hello, There are two types of Crema E Aroma sold.One is in a blue bag for foodservice (cafes etc), the other is in a brown bag for sale in retail (supermarkets etc).Both have the same bean blend.The blue bag is slower roasted and slightly darker for a fuller flavour.However, it is a matter of taste and some customers prefer the lighter roast (brown bag)
