Full of sugar! Avoid
I’ve seen comments saying kids love these, but of course they do—they’re packed with sugar! Just because kids enjoy them doesn’t mean they should have them. These gummies are coated in sugar, and any benefits from the vitamin D are likely outweighed by the sugar content. It’s surprising that these are marketed for kids at all!
