Non-Slumping High-Temperature Exhaust Adhesive
The Visbella Auto Exhaust System Sealant is excellent for quick and reliable exhaust repairs! The non-slumping formula makes it easy to apply on cracks or joints, and it adheres firmly to metal surfaces without dripping. After curing, it forms a strong, heat-resistant seal that holds up well under high temperatures and vibration. I used it on a minor exhaust leak, and it worked perfectly — no smoke, no rattles, and a secure, lasting repair. Highly recommended for anyone needing a professional-grade sealant for their car exhaust system!

Works Well, But Messy to Apply
I tried the Visbella Auto Vehicle Exhaust System Sealant for a small leak in my exhaust, and it does work — the seal held and stopped the leak after curing. The product seems durable and heat-resistant, which is exactly what I needed. That said, the application can be a bit tricky and messy. The paste is thick and can be hard to spread evenly, and it sticks to your hands and tools easily. You need to be careful to apply it precisely, or it can get everywhere. Overall, it’s effective for sealing exhaust leaks, but the application process could be improved. Works as advertised, just not the cleanest or easiest product to use.

Works well, but needs long drying time if filling a sizable gap
We developed a small exhaust leak where the exhaust pipe from the catalytic splits in two before the mufflers. 17 year old Subaru, driven in Maine winters for the previous 11 years (not daily), so some rust and corrosion on the pipes to be expected. An attempt was made to weld it, but not enough intact metal to accomplish a proper seal. This product looked interesting, so I gave it a try, but quite a gap to fill, and we use the car on a regular basis and I could not allow more than overnight for it to dry, so the material slumped a bit, and the exhaust leak punched a small hole through the uncurled patch. Surprisingly the 70% that remained did harden up over the next day or two, and I decided to complete the patch with more of the same material, let dry for a number of hours, then took a heat gun to speed up the cure, and let it sit overnight. The patch is complete and holding well for the past couple of weeks. If I had to do this over again, I would probably use a mix of steel wool and sealant to create a less slumpy material, given the gap to fill was large.

It does it's job! Needs more time to cure in colder weather
Needed to quickly patch a small 2-3mm hole in a muffler and this did the trick! So far it's been about 2 months and it's still on there like cement. What I did not find useful were the instructions, I found that if you wet the surface before applying it will create a sludge that will not set. Also, running the car immediately after application is a bad idea, depending where the hole in the exhaust system is. The force of the exhaust pressure will push through the putty and not seal the hole. What I found works best is to leave it overnight and in the morning run the car for 20 minutes, let cool and that's it! Hopefully it holds up for a long time!

Product broke almost immediately after letting dry.
Did not seal well. It dried pretty quick but wasn’t durable at all. I let it dry for 24 hours and it broke completely off about 5 minutes after starting my car. It is easy to use but I wouldn’t recommend this for anything bigger than a penny sized hole or cut in exhaust

Quick Fix
Was very easy to use m, dried fairly quickly and has held up so far. It’s been two weeks and I’m not mad at these results

Slumps too much
Described as no slump, but it definitely drips. Didn't stay in place while running the engine exhaust to heat it up and supposedly cure it better

Excellent product. Applies well. Creates a good seal on joints. Also used it between a stainless steel plate with screw clamps to create a patch that I think should last indefinitely.

Works perfectly! The repair sealed the hole completely and there’s no more rattling sound. Very satisfied with the result

The Visbella Exhaust System Sealant works for quick patch jobs on mufflers or small pipe cracks. I used it to seal a minor exhaust leak near a joint, and it held up well for about a month of daily driving before needing touch-up. It’s a solid temporary repair option but not a full replacement for welding or part replacement. Build Quality & Design Comes in a 150g tube with a thick, gray paste that doesn’t slump. Easy to apply directly onto cleaned metal. Takes about 10–15 minutes to set and fully cures after running the car for heat exposure. Real Performance Test Tested on a mild steel exhaust with a 1-inch crack. After surface prep and application, the seal hardened well and stopped all noticeable noise and leaks. Withstood several heat cycles up to roughly 500°C without flaking. After a few weeks, some minor cracking appeared under vibration. Pros Easy to apply with no mixing required Withstands high exhaust temperatures Effective for sealing small holes or cracks Affordable and works as described Cons Temporary fix only; not a permanent bond Can crack with vibration or large gaps Requires clean, dry surface to adhere well Best For DIYers or car owners needing a quick fix for small exhaust leaks before proper repair. Not Ideal For Large holes, major rust damage, or long-term use without mechanical reinforcement. Tips for Buyers Clean and dry the area thoroughly before applying. Let it cure with engine heat for best results. Keep a spare tube for emergency roadside fixes.

So I used this to get hopefully another year out of a rusty kia. The manifold and cat. are one piece and loke 500 bucks, ain't going that route. So I followed the instructions, the first time. I had negative effects getting the area wet as suggested, that made the tack up time go from the suggested 2 hours up to about 32( sitting in the shade with no wind) So the first time I started it it blew all the glue out because it was still wet. So I let it warm up. That set some of the stuff, and it turns out like a jb weld type of thing. So now after adding more for the 3rd time, I think I have it all covered and waiting for the last layer to dry up and do a road trip tomorrow to really set it in its place. I will come back with pictures in a few weeks to see how it holds up to daily use. But so far... it filled a bunch of holes, and is holding. So so far we're at a 5 star. See you in 30 days.
