Pluck Zesty Garlic is a very tasty meal enhancement item. Salt blended with freeze dried beef liver is a winner. Adding in the garlic and herb flavor, kicks it up a notch. I use this instead of salt. It already has Redmond Real Salt in it! I use this on my eggs and sausage, steak, pork chops, hamburgers, baked potato, green beans, steamed spinach, etc. I like the shaker container. I keep it on my table, and have almost quit using regular salt & pepper! The first shaker lasted me about a month. I already re-ordered.

I’ve read the reports. I should be eating more “pluck”. Organ meats. Beef heart, liver, spleen, kidney, pancreas. The parts of the animals that the ancestors prized. So many nutrients. But I’m sorry, I just can’t bring myself to eat some of these parts. Enter Pluck. Now I can eat some pluck (Pluck) and get those nutrients. It’s pretty good but a little pricey for us. That said, it is grass fed, which is very good and of course demands a higher price, I get that. My husband has been trying to eat carnivore and supposedly a lot of the good nutrients are in the organ meats, which is why we ordered this. But I don’t know if we can keep ordering it because it’s pretty expensive. He may just have to start eating the actual organ meats.

This is simply delicious and it's such a good way to get organ meat intake.

I was hesitant to try this because it is expensive for the amount and it is made from organ meats. I was afraid it would taste like blood or iron. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was in the ground meat I cooked for tacos. I would buy it again , but will wait for the sale price again. Have no fear, give it a try.

This stuff exceeds my expectations. Amazing spice flavor on its own. I bought it for the organ meats for my carnivore diet but the flavor is better than most flavoring you'd buy stand alone.
