We have only used the bulbs for a few days now, but think they work nicely as advertised. We use them for the lamp on our office desk. They are bright enough.

These bulbs are pretty bright, they fit a standard lamp socket and are worth the money. I purchased these to install in a ceramic xmas tree and needed a tubular bulb to light up the entire height of the tree, mission accomplished. I would buy these again as needed.

So far they are doing the job of lighting up my house at night. Very pleased.

I bought the frosted bulbs to reduce the gore from standard Edison bulbs, but it is not effective for that.

I was worried these bulbs would not give enough light, but they are very bright. Everything sparkles under the new lights. They don't give off heat like the incandescent bulbs did. I feel much safer with these in our old china cabinet. They work well on a timer, too. There is enough light to walk into the dining room or kitchen at night without turning on other lights, so we're saving energy that way too.
