This is by far the best pencil sharpener I have ever had in my Kindergarten Classroom. The kids can now sharpen their own pencils as it stops automatically when the pencil is sharpened. No more motor burn out! it is a great product and value for the money. I highly recommend the AFMAT PSX2 pencil sharpener. I have burnt through many in 25 years!

This works so well. It sharpens in quite latterly 1.5 seconds. My students will no longer be burning up the motor waiting for a pencil to sharpen.

if the pencil is sharp but no lead is out you will have to break the wood or it will not sharpen any more

No dislikes with this item. Works better than expected even after using it for well over 2-3 hundred times. The cups on the bottom hold it down solid (Counter top) and easy to empty. Sharpens with a quick push to perfection every time and have not broken any pencils to date. Great product!!!!
