Amazing sound from a lower end of the market guitar. Good for all genre of music. My son loves it, perfect birthday gift.

owned for a couple months at the time of review and I can say that for the price this guitar is hard to beat for the features it comes with. The strings were average, nothing extraordinary but quite usable. What sold me on this guitar specifically was having 24 frets and a whammy bar at this price point let alone from ibanez. You certainly get what you pay for as I noticed some imperfections in the white finish that couldnt be removed. Doing bends on this guitar I noticed that it definitely felt gritty and the tuning stability is not the greatest but will hold as long as you dont mess with it. I also noticed out of the box that the trem system had to be adjusted because the springs were pulling too hard, making bending up barely possible. The action had to be significantly lowered out of the box but at this point im just nit-picking and there was the obligatory fret buzz. This is a great guitar for beginners and intermediate players as it offers features when paired together are hard to find at this price point.

This is a fantastic guitar for the price, another review claimed that it does not come with a wammy bar, this was not the case for me, mine came with it and everything that it claimed to come with! It plays amazing too, it has the sound of a very high end guitar in the classic Ibanez style, very nice pickups, fingerboard, frets, etc. And I actually quite like that it is a hollow body which does not seem to make the sound different. And it makes it light weight too, which is a plus because it is not a cheap light feeling, it is weighted very well. Overall a great product and I would highly recommend this to the beginner and even the more experienced players

tone is great for specifics, always loved the ibanez neck action. not sure who decided to put a tremolo and not a locking nut, he should be fired. but does stay in tune for sure. good guitar. beginners, you should start on a knockoff, cheap axe first. must learn to respect your own playing rather than depend on a guitar that glides like ice. then get this one.

Though I did still modify my guitar to my own personal likes. When I used the guitar I modified it sounded so cool and plays amazing. First off the 24 frets are a bonus, the invader pickups sound so good def made for metal. The tremolo and tuners could use some work but for the price it’s a great guitar.
