This hat is exactly what you're looking for if you want to dress up as a chauffeur. I wear it jokingly when I have to drive the kids to things. Note that while this says "one size", the hat I bought was labeled size 58 (cm, which would be a 7 1/2 in US hat sizes). I would probably have liked a half size bigger, if given the choice.

Overall, it is a good hat. If you look closely, it does look a little cheap. I specifically wanted a hat that looked like this, and while it did stay on my head, it is a bit on the smaller side and barely adjusts. As a costume or statement (in dim lights) piece, this will serve you well.

It is a $10 hat for sure and if I were a chauffeur I wouldn't be wearing it everyday. But for the times I do, I have made a form to keep the front of the hat stiff if I want that look and then be able to take it out if I want a more deflated look. There is a string that wraps around the hat you can use to adjust it if your head is smaller but it is hard to work with. I have put in strips of packing foam and that does the trick.
