1. Selection of topics is really good.2. Focus on applications with a lot of examples from physics and biology.3. Good exercises at the end of each section which reinforces the concepts taught. Some problems develop the theory or give additional insights. However, some end of chapter or end of book exercises that mix concepts from all chapters would really help.
