Would not pump up but easy fix to get working
Received jack a couple of days after estimated delivery date. Well packed in wooden crate and cardboard box. Jack would not pump up. Inlet check ball to pump was stuck. I freed up the check ball and it works well now. Seems well made.

This jack is junk. Doesn't pump up at all. It was a complete waste of money.

Looks like good quality.
I only used it once so far. It seems to well built.

5/10 ton jack didn’t work
Forgot to check it before 30 day return period… but jack doesn’t work. Took the nut all the way in to tighten it but still nothing when cranked

Seems well built but doesn't come with fluid
I'm on my replacement jack and this one didn't come serviced with oil either.

When I got mine it didnt work Customer service was very slow it took nearly a month to get credited.
