Taste is very good, product is good quality.

Minty/earthy blend
This is a caffeine free herbal tea, the overriding flavor is more of a mint, but you can taste an "earthy" flavor (the parsley/marjoram/celery) in the background. The blend is smooth, like a chamomile tea. I don't detect a huge celery seed flavoring which is what I was concerned first purchasing it. Nor is the mint sharp/overwhelming. Hard to describe--but good
