I ordered this bag after my old computer bag finally fell apart. I had a trip to the west coast and now I also have to carry a portable printer with me in addition to my laptop. I wanted to have my carryon and briefcase and didn't want to check anything. So no flat briefcase would do with the printer and I needed the bag to carry personal items that wouldn't fit in my luggage. So I began my quest and Amazon sent a marketing email with this bag. It looked similar to my luggage and seemed to have space but, was able to be a carry on and had wheels. So I took a chance. GREAT choice. I carried an HP officejet printer, my laptop, paper, files, toiletries shoes and clothes. The bag was heavy but the wheels made it easy to wheel up and down the sidewalks in three different airports and cities and on and off of buses and trains. I carried it by the handles and lifted it a few times by the handle that you pull for wheeling it around. It didn't feel sturdy but, it held up and I couldn't be happier. I got home and ordered the bagsmart wheeled laptop backpack. I recommend this bag highly. I thought it looked like a ok bag and didn't expect it to be as sturdy as it was but, it was great! The luggage strap on back made it capable of fitting in my luggage and I was able to wheel both together. Met my needs and then some and looks great. I have not had any issues with the zippers nor the retractable handle. I leave again on a four city trip soon and now I just have to decide between the briefcase and my new wheeled backpack.

I love my bag! It has exactly the space that I want and fits everything I need for a traveling office! The only thing I would change is the wheels. They only go one direction and so it gets kind of tricky when you are rolling other luggage where the wheels do spin all the way around. It’s too big to place on top of my largest checked luggage bag. It’s also wide for the aisle on a smaller plane so I have to pick it up and carry it. I need it to be wide though to fit my laptop size so I’m not deducting any stars for this. I manage fine.

I ordered this rolling bag for going to and from work. I was previously using a backpack and one additional bag that I carried on my shoulder. I ride the train so there is a good bit of walking involved. This was causing so much back and hip pain that I would have to stop along the way and constantly shift the weight off my back. I’ve been using the roller bag for a few weeks now and it’s a night & day difference!! The back pain is gone. The rolling bag itself is very sturdy, organized and stylish in appearance. I am pleasantly surprised by how much fits inside. It holds my laptop, files, notebook, some files, phone, charger, pens, my purse, small umbrella, lunch, water bottle, and a book to read on the train! Exactly what I was looking for.

I bought this to replace my old underseat carry-on, because the pull handle had finally given out. The one I had was the standard shape for a carry-on, so I wasn't sure if this style would work for me. Well, I am now a convert. The black, quilted fabric with the gold zippers looks so chic and I could not believe how much I was able to fit in this bag. It has multiple compartments of different sizes which made finding things so much easier. I used to have to constantly rummage around in the other one to find anything, plus I had dirty clothes and toiletries in with clean clothes. With this bag, I was able to keep everything separated. It also has a strap across the back to slide over the handle of your checked bag. I just returned from 18 days in Japan and South Korea, with side trips to other locations. I carried this on seven separate flights and I am thrilled with my purchase. The only caveat I had was that I thought that the main compartment would not open to 180 degrees, but when taking these photos, I now notice that there is velcro on the side pieces of fabric that will allow me to open it all the way. This just took my rating to100% satisfied.

I truly enjoyed this laptop bag. It helped me with relieving back pressure with carrying so much on my back and now being able to roll it was lovely. However, after a couple of months, the wheels seem to have worn out, and so I went from, loving it to now struggling to still pick it up because I wanna get my moneys worth out of it. I’ve only had it for 6 months. Other than that, the bag is still intact.

The bag is a great quality and as described in the ad, the wheels seem to be of good quality, so perfect for getting about. I can't carry much weight now after a shoulder operation, so the rolling bag will be much appreciated. Looks very professional too.

This bag has been a life saver. I commute to work daily and bring 2 meals, gym clothes and my laptop to work. This bag is so easy to use and big enough to carry everything! Seriously one of the best purchases I have ever made. My back is seriously thanking me! It is a great quality bag and looks high end!

The wheels are made of plastic so they breakdown very easily. Theres cracks in my wheels already.
