Best supplement I’ve purchased by far. Currently in my 50’s and going thru the change (ladies listen up). It’s been one week and my energy has increased drastically, brain fog gone (I’m able to focus) …. aches and pains non existent, improved quality sleep, decreased inflammation, minimized my cravings etc., I can’t rave enough about how this has improved my quality of life. After over 1 month of taking this product, I have concluded that it does in fact, objectively work. While I do not discount the possibility of a placebo effect or it working because I want it to work, there was a few days I went without while I was traveling and the affect was noticeable. In addition to an increase in energy, It has also helped with appetite suppression and mood. I have read summaries on various studies on NAD and Trans-Resveratrol and I have every reason to believe that these are excellent supplements at a decent price.

Like so many supplements, it is difficult to figure out if they are actually doing anything. Are all these Omega 3 pills stopping me from having a heart attack or am I just not going to have a heart attack even without the Omega 3? So there is a lot of research about both NAD+ and Resveratrol being excellent anti-aging supplements, and of course this product has both. I took it for about a month and felt fine but couldn't swear that it made a difference. Maybe I had more energy but the weather is also nicer and the days are longer so who knows? But then I ran out and did not replace the NAD. I didn't think much of it until I didn't feel as energized. Not really tired, but just a little off like I was about to catch a cold. When the feeling didn't go away (even with extra coffee) I decided to try another bottle of the NAD, and wouldn't you know it a few days later my energy was back! So I guess I have to say it does seem to work. My only small issue is the size of the capsule. As you can see from the photo it is nearly as large as my Omega 3 "horse pill". It isn't really an issue but it would be nice if it were a bit smaller (but then I guess you'd have to take two of them anyway). Give it a try and see what you think!
